Dr. Kevin Smith is an experienced clinical psychologist who has a background in psychological assessments that include:  geriatric neurocognitive testing, health psychology, bariatric evaluations, pain management, and public safety evaluations.  He has been conducting public safety evaluations since 1998, conducted thousands of pre-employment psychological evaluations, and numerous psychological fitness for duty evaluations for various departments (Police Departments, Sheriff’s Offices, Constables, District Attorneys, Customs, and Border Patrol) over the years. 

Dr. Smith has 29 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and psychological evaluations. He is a former faculty member from Baylor College of Medicine.  He has provided consulting services to several hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and physician practices over the years.
